By using our website, WhatsApp, Facebook page, email, or any of our tutoring/study-abroad services, you agree to the practices described below.

We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Our verified tutors (name, phone, child’s grade & subjects)
- Trusted partners for study-abroad (universities, visa agents — only with your consent)
- Payment providers (M-Pesa/Safaricom — transaction IDs only)
- Legal authorities if required by Kenyan law
We never sell your data.
4. Cookies & Tracking (Website & Facebook)
Our Facebook page and any future website use only essential cookies and Meta Pixel for:
- Remembering your preferences
- Measuring how many parents visit our booking page
- Showing you relevant ads (e.g. IGCSE tutoring offers in Westlands)

- Paper records are kept in locked cabinets
